Key Responsibilities:
- Precisely identify required components to facilitate repairs in the service department.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source and order necessary parts.
- Receive and verify parts for quality and accuracy upon delivery.
- Ensure prompt distribution of parts to the service area in alignment with production timelines.
- Maintain accurate records for all purchased and returned components.
- Keep the parts storage area organized and tidy to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare estimates for repair orders based on parts and labor requirements.
- Participate in daily production meetings to coordinate with the team.
- Manage warranty part returns and process receipts and invoices using the All Data system.
- 1-2+ years of experience in automotive parts (experience with auto body parts is advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective negotiation skills to secure optimal pricing.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
$19.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)
