Role Summary

The Application Support Analyst will engage with various departments to identify and resolve technical and user-related challenges associated with our internal software systems. This role is essential in assisting with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing training to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and precise software assistance for our internal applications and other supported commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions.
  • Investigate, analyze, and rectify technical issues pertaining to Medpace software applications.

  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure effective support for both internal and external users.
  • Conduct system training and demonstrations for Medpace users.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of one year of relevant industry experience.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
