Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Coordinator to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients and caregivers to provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring clients receive the care they need.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing seamless customer service experience
  • Ensuring clients receive the care they need
  • Collaborating with Patient Case Managers and inter-departmental teams
Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring a smooth enrollment process for prospective clients, managing a high open caseload, and meeting monthly completed Start of Care (SOC) goals. You will also provide exceptional customer service, communicate regularly with Case Management agencies, and navigate multiple systems to determine eligibility.

Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environments, be motivated to help patients/caregivers, and possess excellent written and verbal skills. You should be able to leverage technology to identify and solve customer issues, have keen attention to detail, and be metrics-driven.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $16-$20 USD per hour, commensurate with skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
