**Job Title:** Naval Engineering Operations Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Eagle Harbor, LLC is seeking an experienced Navy Engineering Operations Specialist to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our shipboard electrical systems.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with OSHA safety practices and Naval procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including generators, switchboards, and distribution panels.
  • Inspect and maintain electrical cables, wireways, and supports to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Install and test new electrical systems, including AC and DC generators, switchboards, and distribution panels.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to develop and update engineering operational procedures and diagrams.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; military experience or vocational training preferred.
  • Five (5) years of shop experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Six (6) years' experience in practical engineering experience, including the operation, test, maintenance, and repair of naval ship Hull, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Ordnance equipment and systems.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Must pass drug screening as a condition of employment.
