Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee all HT&P services projects to meet customer requirements, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for recurrent customers, from initial inquiry to job completion, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Field Operations: Coordinate with field technicians to ensure safe and compliant service delivery, including job safety analysis, equipment management, and quality assurance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, customer feedback, and operational performance.
  • Team Support: Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians as needed, ensuring they have the necessary skills and certifications to perform their duties.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate and execute special projects as required, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Technical degree or equivalent, combined with a minimum of 3 years of pipeline operations or related experience.
  • Skills: Familiarity with hydraulics, piping materials, and operating fluid systems; ability to read blueprints; fluent in English.
  • Availability: Must be available for calls and meetings outside of regular working hours as needed.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
