Position Overview:
The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions within the Recruiting Department. This position requires exceptional customer service, effective communication, and strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a primary contact for new hires, addressing inquiries and managing the onboarding experience.
2. Provide essential information and resources to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
3. Plan and coordinate onboarding logistics, including scheduling drug tests and preparing pre-employment materials.
4. Manage applicant scheduling and travel arrangements for orientation.
5. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
6. Conduct audits of files for accuracy and completeness, following up with applicants as necessary.
7. Assist with compliance related to Drug and Alcohol programs.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with new employees.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes concurrently.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience or education in Compliance and/or Human Resources is preferred.
