You will work closely with business units, collaborate with hiring managers, and significantly contribute to the success of our Customer Operations Recruiting Team by assisting in filling various job vacancies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing a strong partnership with hiring managers and employing a consultative approach to sourcing and strategizing to attract top talent.
- Ensuring efficiency and precision in screening and evaluating candidates to fulfill a high volume of non-exempt positions in the call center while maintaining quality of hire.
- Coordinating interviews, leading consensus meetings to review interview outcomes, and extending offers to successful candidates that result in team hires.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, HR partners, and other recruitment divisions to mitigate risks and execute the hiring process seamlessly.
- Independently managing the entire recruitment lifecycle with a focus on achieving time-to-fill objectives.
- Creating an effective sourcing strategy to ensure a steady influx of quality candidates for the talent pipeline.
- Demonstrating strong candidate and client management abilities, with a proven track record of influencing outcomes.
- Acting as a recruitment partner and subject matter expert to business leaders, hiring managers, and other essential stakeholders.
- Navigating ambiguous situations or challenges effectively, utilizing expertise, skills, and capabilities.
- Screening and advising candidates, coaching the hiring team, and negotiating offers.
- Facilitating formal consensus meetings with the hiring team effectively.
- Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing.
- Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- 1+ years of familiarity with Google Suite and Workday is advantageous.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and peers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously to meet hiring demands and deliver results.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to internal processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to excel in high-volume settings.
- Outstanding time management abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
