Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current Arizona State RN licensure or compact state license required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire.
- PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
