Position Title: Customer Account Specialist
Role Overview:
- Engage professionally with clients to resolve inquiries and fulfill requests
- Accurately and efficiently process information utilizing various systems
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries
- Oversee Vendor Managed Inventory Programs and place orders according to client specifications
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients and address customer concerns
- Participate in training initiatives, including safety programs
- Verify purchase order details and collaborate with internal teams
- Input data into order management systems and supply information for graphic processing
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience or training
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
Physical Requirements:
This role may require sitting, using hands, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds. Specific vision capabilities are necessary for this position.
Work Environment:
The typical work environment is characterized by a moderate noise level.
