  • Guest Service: Provide courteous, personalized, and attentive service to guests, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet Omni's high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Departmental Functions: Assist the Executive Housekeeper with various departmental functions, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining turnover, and managing inventory.
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet guest expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with all departments, including Front Desk and Engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available to meet guest needs.
  • Laundry Management: Oversee the Laundry Department, ensuring that all laundry operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Energy Conservation: Participate in energy conservation efforts, ensuring that all Housekeeping operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior Housekeeping supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED/College Degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
