As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall experience for our members. You will be the first point of contact for individuals entering the fitness center, setting the tone for their visit.

This role requires boundless enthusiasm and exceptional multitasking abilities. If you possess a cheerful disposition and outstanding communication skills, this position may be a perfect fit for you. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm welcome to all members upon arrival.
  • Addressing and resolving member inquiries effectively.
  • Facilitating membership sales and retention efforts.
  • Conducting follow-ups with potential members.
  • Promoting and selling merchandise, including health drinks and fitness accessories.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for all members and staff.
  • Assisting with the opening and closing procedures of the facility as needed.
  • Adhering to company policies and operational guidelines.

  • A genuine passion for assisting others in their fitness journeys.
  • A friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and colleagues.
  • Proven multitasking capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.

All Member Engagement Specialists are expected to wear the designated company uniform, which includes a staff shirt and appropriate pants. Footwear must be athletic in nature, with no sandals or boots permitted. Personal grooming and professionalism are essential.

Note: Employees assigned to open or close the facility must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled shifts to complete necessary preparations.
