Key Responsibilities


• Presenting services and accessories to clients while providing comprehensive explanations of aftermarket products, including detailed insights into manufacturer and dealership service policies and procedures


• Establishing and sustaining a referral process with the sales department to ensure all new sales are directed to the Aftermarket Department


• Educating and training the sales team on available aftermarket opportunities and the advantages of the dealership's extended service programs


• Managing customer service follow-ups and scheduling appointments
