Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant in Order Processing to join our team at BlueWave Ventures. As an Order Processing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's order processing and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process order entries and reconcile order status to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional communication and support
  • Manage and document incoming and outgoing payments, as well as collection processes
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Handle mail and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or relevant experience in a related field
  • Proactive work style and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal German skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail
