About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Providence Home and Community Care. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive personal care services to patients of all ages, working under the supervision of a registered nurse to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse
  • Assist patients with medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License - if practicing within this state
  • 2 years of experience, OR Nursing student with current CNA
