We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Providence Home and Community Care. Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse
- Assist patients with medication management and administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License - if practicing within this state
- 2 years of experience, OR Nursing student with current CNA
