Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Breakfast Cuisine Expert to craft memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a diverse and high-quality breakfast menu. Key duties include:

  • Managing our breakfast buffet and hot food offerings.
  • Preparing and serving breakfast in accordance with our head chef's standards.
  • Post-service preparation for the next day and assisting with the Botanical rooms' light lunch menu.
  • Overseeing fridge management and stock rotation.
  • Conducting health and safety checks upon kitchen opening.

A background in high-end food preparation and a strong appreciation for seasonal ingredients are essential.
