Your Responsibilities:

As a Breakfast Chef, you will craft memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your key duties will include:

  • Managing the breakfast buffet and hot item menu.
  • Preparing and serving breakfast dishes to the standards established by the head chef.
  • Post-service preparation for the next day and assisting with the light lunch menu.
  • Maintaining fridge organization and stock rotation.
  • Conducting health and safety checks to ensure kitchen readiness.

Prior experience in high-end culinary environments and a strong appreciation for seasonal ingredients are essential.
