  • Designs, executes, and supervises a follow-up strategy for new-vehicle buyers.

  • Schedules initial service appointments at the time of vehicle delivery.
  • Provides the dealer with accurate daily traffic control data.
  • Processes commission documentation for sales personnel and monitors payroll records.
  • Reviews inventory daily to ensure an optimal mix of stock for maximum turnover efficiency.
  • Advises the general sales manager on the new-car inventory to be maintained based on customer and market analysis.
  • Assists the used-vehicle department with trade evaluations as required.
  • Directs merchandising and promotional efforts for the new-vehicle department in collaboration with sales managers and the dealer.
  • Contributes to the creation of advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participates in management meetings as needed.
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
