Role Summary:

We are looking for passionate and skilled Strength and Conditioning Coaches who are eager to excel in the private sector of the Sports Performance field. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working with athletes of all ages and skill levels in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team is composed of accomplished professionals, including notable athletes, who are committed to fostering the growth and success of our athletes.

ETS Training Philosophy:

Our approach is centered on providing athletes with the tools to enhance their strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. We focus on biomechanical mastery and injury prevention, ensuring that every athlete can reach their highest potential. Our systematic training plans are tailored to individual needs, allowing athletes to develop fundamental skills that translate to improved performance in their respective sports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized training programs for athletes.
  • Monitor and assess athlete progress and performance metrics.
  • Foster a positive and motivating training environment.
  • Collaborate with other performance specialists to enhance training outcomes.
  • Educate athletes on the importance of consistency and dedication in their training.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Strength and Conditioning or a related field.
  • Accredited professional certification is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for athlete development.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Background in Exercise Science or related fields is preferred.
