  • Understand and articulate the benefits of unlimited memberships.
  • Have a solid understanding of all soaps, chemicals, and equipment used in the wash.
  • Use a sales script in every customer encounter.
  • Guide customers as needed, using established procedures.
  • Create genuine connections with customers and foster relationships through superior customer service.
  • Walk the wash site to engage with customers and ensure superior customer service.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash site.
  • Act as an ambassador for GO Car Wash, embodying the company's core values.

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver results independently and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Commitment to superior teammate and customer experience, as well as operational excellence.
  • Positive, outgoing attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay and Benefits:

$12 to $14/hour
