Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Behavioral Health Senior Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medical and mental health services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of SD or multi-state privilege to practice in SD
- Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification or completion upon next available program
- Graduate of Registered Nursing (RN) Education program
