Respiratory Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera Behavioral Health Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our patient-focused settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the hospital and nursing home infection prevention program in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Work closely with the Department Director to solve unit problems, provide adequate staff, assure appropriate training experiences, evaluate equipment and supply purchases, and improve unit processes.
- Graduate of Registered Nursing (RN) Education program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of SD or "multi-state privilege" to practice in SD if residing in a compact state outside of SD.
- Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification or completion upon next available program.
