About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teller/Member Service Representative to join our team at Sound Credit Union's Kent Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring members feel valued and supported in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial institution or retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $20.00 - $22.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for advancement and growth within the company.
