Bartlett Tree Experts is currently looking for a full-time Tree Care Consultant to join our expanding team.

This role offers a unique chance to merge your love for arboriculture with your enthusiasm for educating others, fostering positive relationships with clients.

As a Tree Care Consultant, you will be crucial in driving our business growth by cultivating and sustaining long-term client connections.

Your responsibilities will include visiting client properties, evaluating their tree and shrub care requirements, and delivering scientifically-backed recommendations for tree and shrub care.

$70,000-$100,000 annual draw based on experience plus commission, with expected total income exceeding $125,000 annually.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of sales within a designated territory, including marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training.

Engage with both existing and prospective residential and commercial clients daily to assess their tree and shrub care needs.

Establish, nurture, and maintain positive business and client relationships within the designated territory.

Prepare and present proposals to clients using sales process tools, software, and other technologies.

Oversee work to ensure it is completed according to the signed contract and meets client satisfaction.

Set personal sales goals in collaboration with your supervisor and work towards achieving them.

Implement and uphold all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience.

ISA Arborist Certification or the ability to obtain it – we will cover the exam costs and assist with preparation.

Ability to learn to identify regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend corrective actions or proactive management strategies.

Valid driver's license.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
