Core Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with agency client criteria.

2. Build and nurture professional networks and connections to generate leads.

3. Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting to client onboarding.

4. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance retention and promote cross-selling opportunities.


Qualifications

1. Valid Property & Casualty General Agents License.

2. Previous experience in cold calling and securing appointments is preferred.

3. A college degree or equivalent experience in the insurance sector.

4. Familiarity with AMS360 software is advantageous.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.

6. In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and their applications.

7. Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

8. Understanding of rating procedures, coverage options, and industry practices.

9. Proficient in basic arithmetic and capable of performing calculations involving decimals and fractions.

10. Competence in utilizing necessary computer applications for job functions.

11. Ability to perform predominantly sedentary work, with occasional lifting of light objects.

12. Adequate visual acuity to monitor surroundings and perform tasks effectively.

13. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and proprietary information.

14. Physical requirements include typing, repetitive motions, and effective verbal communication.

15. Ability to perceive detailed information through auditory communication.
