About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Symptoms Quality Specialist to join our team at Perfect Path, LLC, d/b/a Trajector Services. As a Medical Symptoms Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing previously reported symptoms by our clients and providing guidance on how to clearly communicate how their disabilities impact their daily life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze client symptoms to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide guidance to clients on how to clearly communicate their symptoms and how they impact their daily life
  • Send follow-up documentation to clients after calls have been completed
  • Review client records to ensure all necessary information is up-to-date
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
  • Active LPN license
  • Minimum 1 year patient care experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
