Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the pharmacy operations team to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned work. The successful candidate will serve as a resource to the supervisor and team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate distribution of workload and workflow for assigned area, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Provide first-line support for team members and cell owners, escalating issues as needed.
  • Effectively manage issues impacting productivity, offering solutions and collaborating with others.
  • Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures, including training and validation materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience leading people or a team in a warehouse setting is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.
  • Experience troubleshooting problems in a pharmacy dispensing environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, and make decisions.
