Position: Operations/Production Supervisor (Multiple Openings)

Location: Fort Worth Plant

Work Schedule: Day and Overnight Shift, 12 Hour Shift, 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

At Shearer's Foods, the emphasis is on maintaining a healthy work/life balance. The 2-2-3 schedule allows supervisors to enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week, ensuring time off is respected.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guide team members in a manufacturing environment to meet safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement goals.
  • Offer direction, leadership, and support to team members, promoting collaboration, coaching, and empowerment.
  • Oversee plant floor operations to ensure high-quality production.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards to maintain a secure workplace.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage team performance, attendance, and training initiatives.
  • Leverage data to improve operational processes and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work alongside other supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules.

Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in production management or supervision, ideally within the food processing sector.
