Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Ann Arbor is seeking a skilled Spa Associate to join our team. As a front desk sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting membership sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet membership sales goals and commission requirements
  • Build client and member relationships to educate on options tailored to their needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
  • Flexibility and understanding of our business model, which operates 7 days a week
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 20 years old or older
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
