CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or a two-year degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the hospitality sector or 3 years in related fields.
  • Preferred: Background in operational management, problem-solving abilities, and hospitality expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing Event Operations related to Banquets and Event Services.
  • Leading Teams in daily operational tasks.
  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Service.
  • Supporting Human Resource functions.
