- Facilitates communication of service requirements to culinary teams and support staff during events.
- Calculates total charges for group events and prepares invoices for processing.
- Ensures that banquet facilities, dining areas, and refreshment stations are prepared for service.
- Conducts inspections of the cleanliness and presentation of all dining ware and utensils.
- Engages with guests to assess their satisfaction levels.
- Arranges tables in accordance with the type of event and established standards.
- Relays meal preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
- Maintains cleanliness in the work environment.
- Supports adherence to brand standards and legal requirements.
- Coordinates and directs team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Communicates performance standards and provides training to staff members.
- Assists senior management with financial and administrative responsibilities.
- Aims to enhance guest/event experiences and employee satisfaction.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or a two-year degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the hospitality sector or 3 years in related fields.
- Preferred: Background in operational management, problem-solving abilities, and hospitality expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing Event Operations related to Banquets and Event Services.
- Leading Teams in daily operational tasks.
- Delivering Outstanding Customer Service.
- Supporting Human Resource functions.
