The Morning Hospitality Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests within the complimentary breakfast area of the hotel. This position is dedicated to ensuring that all guests enjoy a pleasant and satisfying start to their day.

This individual should possess a thorough understanding of the hotel's brand standards, guest expectations, and the distinctive features of both the hotel and its surrounding area.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to execute job responsibilities with precision, speed, and attention to detail.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages and successfully complete responsible serving courses as mandated.

Ability to obtain and present a Food Handlers card as required by local regulations.

Quickly and accurately assess and choose among various courses of action.

Capability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and composure.

Familiarity with hotel offerings and guest services.


Exhibit a positive demeanor and eagerness to assist others, as shown by a willingness to learn new tasks, support team members, and engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly and optimistic manner.

Possess foundational knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.


Ability to craft high-quality beverages, including specialty coffee, tea drinks, and cocktails as required by the hotel.

Competence in performing basic numerical operations such as counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and brief correspondence.

Skill in effectively interacting with both internal and external customers, some of whom may require a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities:
Approach all interactions with guests and staff in a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in alignment with company standards, adapting to the hotel's scheduling needs.

Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag while on duty.

Adhere to company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Serve guests with all food and beverage needs in a warm, friendly, and professional manner; identify additional services that could enhance the guest experience.

Welcome and seat guests at appropriate tables promptly.

Ensure menus are clean and visually appealing.

Clear, clean, and reset tables and hotel spaces as requested by guests or management.

Ensure that food and service areas are well-stocked, organized, clean, and neat, completing all side work at the end of each shift.

Accommodate special requests from guests or suggest suitable alternatives.

Communicate with all departments regarding in-house VIPs and any special needs or requests.

Assist in all areas of food and beverage service as needed, including washing dishes, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.

Answer the telephone according to established standards.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of room service order standards.

Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and current specials across all relevant departments.

Carry out cashiering duties, including closing checks and completing end-of-shift paperwork.

Execute opening and closing procedures and side work duties according to assigned rotation.

Provide information about the hotel, brand standards, guest expectations, and local attractions.

Perform additional duties or attend meetings as requested by management.
