About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) to join our team at New Communities Inc. As an MHRT, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing support to adults with persistent mental health challenges.
  2. Assisting clients to achieve their goals through positive reinforcement.
  3. Administering medication and promoting client community integration and inclusion.
