Responsibilities- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities
- Monitor patients' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
- Administer medications, track their use and effects, and maintain accurate medical records
- Cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Assist with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Manage medical supplies and maintain a proper inventory
- Adhere to patient care plans and work collaboratively with staff to ensure seamless care
- Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
