  • Design, Visualization, and Space Planning: Show creativity in design, adapting solutions to various building types, integrating interior design with architecture, and mentoring mid and junior staff on design practices.
  • Delineation, Detailing, and Documentation: Oversees development of project documentation from concept to construction, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and project-specific technical standards.
  • Construction Administration: Provides leadership during value engineering, manages RFIs, and oversees the shop drawing and submittal process, coordinating with construction managers and contractors throughout the project phases.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in design required.
  • Over 10 years in interior design with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • NCIDQ Certification Required.
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Professional registration preferred.
