Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Coordinator to provide top-level support to our senior management team. As an ideal candidate, you will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with great follow-up skills.

About the Role:

This is a temporary coverage assignment for a Midtown-based family office. You will work in-office 9:30am-5:30pm with the opportunity to work remotely some Fridays.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
  • Assist with personal tasks (reservations, travel, etc)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
