About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our AI Platform Team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing innovative solutions that leverage AI and machine learning to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and models to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and engineering, to integrate AI capabilities into our platform
  • Work with LLM teams to improve model performance and accuracy
  • Build and maintain high-quality software applications that leverage AI capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of our AI platform, including the design and implementation of new features and functionality
Requirements
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including natural language processing, knowledge graphs, and conversational agents
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Golang, Rust, and/or C/C++
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform development
