As a Staff Software Engineer on our Platform Labs team, you'll have the opportunity to research and learn about new technologies, adopting tried and tested standards to drive innovation.

You'll work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design to delivery, ensuring high-quality products for our users.

With a focus on scalability, reusability, and performance, you'll contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, while enhancing our existing product suite.

As a mentor, you'll help promote knowledge-sharing and support your colleagues in their growth and development.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 12+ years of programming experience, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in cloud native technologies, distributed systems, and platforms.

You'll also need advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.

Experience with JavaScript, UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue, and relational databases is a must.

As a functional lead or technical owner, you'll manage multiple projects with material technical risk across teams and processes.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $163,000 - $285,200, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
