About Visionworks

We're a leading provider of eye care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

The Role

This is a part-time position that requires a charismatic and customer-focused individual to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our patients. You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting preliminary testing and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Introducing patients to our optometrists and providing them with essential information
  • Transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor and educating associates on their eye care needs
  • Executing day-to-day operational activities to support our exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background and a high school diploma or equivalent. Related experience is a plus, but not necessary. We offer a competitive benefits package, including vision coverage, paid parental leave, and more.
