About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disability Services Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our reputation as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer account leadership strategies to drive Labor and Material growth and execution of the Service business.
  • Manage customer relationship development and satisfaction, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Set and monitor goals for customer account gross margin delivery and profitability, including Planned Services Agreements and Labor & Materials (L&M) work.
  • Lead the execution efforts of assigned Service business, including warranty-related customer issues.
  • Procure and maintain fleet and tools inventory, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Ensure consistency of delivery systems through supervision and audits of Technicians, Customer Service Agents, and others involved in the service delivery process.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and maintain appropriate staffing levels to accommodate existing and new business needs.
  • Conduct formal performance reviews and address related issues.
  • Ensure safety performance and program compliance.
Requirements
  • Technical school training or equivalent experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.
  • Three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated competence in writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic financial accounting experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products and basic Windows environment.
  • Diploma in Electronic or Mechanical Systems.
  • Two years prior experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.
  • Five plus years in a service management role directing a similar service deliverable team.
