Service Manager Job Description

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service? We're seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and maintain our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily service department operations to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians, advisors, and support staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure service procedures and processes are followed to meet Bentley standards and warranty policies.
  • Manage department KPIs, including technician productivity, customer satisfaction scores, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with parts and sales departments to provide seamless service to our valued customers.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and provide solutions to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Implement and track department strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and commitment to luxury-level service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop staff.
  • Deep understanding of service department operations, including scheduling, parts ordering, and warranty claims.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build customer loyalty.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs, financial management, and achieving departmental goals.
  • Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction while driving productivity and profitability.
