Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team, and improving food quality and service standards.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
