About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who share our passion for education and therapy services. You'll have the chance to work with a talented team of certified educators and BCBAs and develop skills in Applied Behavior Analysis.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid sick time & Paid Time Off (PTO), paid certification/registration renewal, and annual paid Safety Care training. Our salary range is $24-$30 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized education and therapy services to students with autism
  • Collaborate with certified educators and BCBAs to develop and implement ABA programs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Prior work or experience with children preferred
  • Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) required; Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred. Training provided.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of CPR and First Aid certification
  • Successful completion of Safety Care training and orientation
Salary and Benefits

$24-$30 per hour based on experience

Guaranteed full-time hours

Regular hours M-F 8:00am to 4:00pm
