Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and facilitate the production workflow. Assist in the training of plant personnel. Promote overall morale and safety within the facility. Report any operational, manufacturing, or maintenance issues as they arise. Aid in production data entry and review reports. Assist in inventory management. Collaborate with Production Management to address team member concerns. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications:Desired Skills and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older. A high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required. A two-year degree from an accredited institution is preferred. 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training is preferred. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capability to lift up to 60 lbs. Proficiency in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical scenarios. Strong presentation skills and ability to respond to inquiries effectively. Basic mathematical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
