Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Plasma Center Nurse to join our team. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, while also contributing to the collection of high-quality plasma.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Determining donor eligibility and conducting medical interviews to assess their suitability for plasma donation.
- Managing donor adverse events and providing medical support as needed.
- Reviewing laboratory test results and notifying donors of unsuitable test results.
- Working under the guidance of the Center Manager and Center Physician to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $43.37 hourly wage, as well as a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, including a graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements.
- Current licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state where responsibilities will be assigned.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Fulfillment of state requirements for basic IV therapy.
- Satisfactory completion of the FDA-approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
- Two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
