Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor compliance deliverables to ensure that applications comply with relevant policies, standards, and local regulations.
- Manage administrative and non-technical tasks associated with compliance deliverables and infrastructure requests for supported applications. Collaborate with vendors, development teams, and technology managers to ensure timely completion of security, risk, and compliance activities.
- Work collaboratively with various teams and program managers, under the guidance of senior domain experts.

- Conduct administrative tasks related to compliance, such as access reviews, assessments, and procedural requirements.
- Assist in audit examinations and risk assessments for applications.
- Track and support technical security and risk activities conducted by development teams.
- Maintain application data in AppHQ and other record-keeping systems.
- Contribute to governance forums by preparing necessary artifacts and keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates.
- Identify risks and dependencies, quantifying their impact on business and technology.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, focusing on Business Analysis and Risk Compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, including Pivots and Macros).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources for meaningful analysis and KPI reporting.
- Proven track record of driving projects to completion across different time zones.
- Experience with weekly report generation, JIRA-Kanban, and ITIL processes.
- Analytical mindset with a history of applying previous solutions to current challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Capability to guide projects through all phases, ensuring adherence to standards and processes.
- Experience in creating and executing project plans on a global scale.
- Basic understanding of Information Security and familiarity with Unix and Windows operating systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
- Skills in reporting, presentation, MS Suite, communication, and familiarity with Jira/Kanban.
- Understanding of business resiliency processes, risk management principles, and audit preparation methods.
- Experience with ticketing systems, patch management processes, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Relevant certifications such as ITILV2, CISA, CISSP, RHEL.
