Position Overview

The Reserves Network Inc is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for our expanding network of facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our operations.

Key Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with a blend of technical skills and leadership capabilities.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role, with a strong foundation in Preventative Maintenance (PM).
  • Experience with cold storage and ammonia refrigeration systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and a commitment to safety and incident prevention.
  • Proven ability to lead a maintenance team effectively while managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and monitor their performance to meet operational standards.
  • Develop and maintain a master maintenance plan, conducting regular audits of facilities and equipment.
  • Implement effective troubleshooting techniques and conduct root cause analyses.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for the maintenance department.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Be available for on-call maintenance issue resolution as needed.
