Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing floor maintenance tasks, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting of hard surface and carpeted areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform floor maintenance tasks according to schedule and assigned area
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Recycle soiled linen from units
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in floor maintenance or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
