Company Overview: The Reserves Network Inc is a family-owned organization dedicated to delivering high-quality medical equipment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and allocating customer inquiries to the CSR workflow system.
- Re-engaging dormant accounts, following up on quotations, and initiating sales orders.
- Processing, evaluating, and quoting orders while managing returns and replacements.
- Executing general administrative tasks, including filing, copying, scanning, data entry, answering calls, and sorting incoming correspondence to facilitate daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong phone and computer skills.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, capable of accurately entering and analyzing numerical data while managing multiple tasks.
- Experience with DocLink software and a minimum of two years in a customer service center.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight and collaborate effectively within a team.
