- Serves as a lead strategic contact between assigned clients and the health plan, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Identifies and pursues business opportunities in the community, leveraging professional networks and partnerships.
- Maintains regular contact and communication with leadership regarding account activities, providing timely updates and insights.
- Analyzes financial data and market research to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize workload and set realistic expectations to deliver high-quality results.
