Job Summary:
PDI Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Recon Accounting Analyst to join our team. As a Recon Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial software support and timely customer service, maintaining and recording business bank transactions, and reconciling accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial software support and timely customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain and record business bank transactions for assigned accounts, including A/P and A/R functions and routine accounting activities.
- Reconcile accounts, including period close process, billing, bank statements, and credit card settlements on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Download banking information daily and perform daily reconciliations.
- Provide weekly variance reports relating to cash in bank.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Convenience store or retail experience is a plus.
