Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for answering phone calls with a warm and welcoming voice, sorting and organizing incoming mail, scheduling depositions, and following up on inquiries from clients and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls with a positive attitude and handle client inquiries professionally
  • Sort and organize incoming mail, ensuring timely processing and response
  • Schedule depositions and coordinate logistics
  • Follow up on client inquiries and respond promptly to requests

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a litigation secretary/paralegal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
